We provide professional detach/reset, reroof with solar, and general solar system maintenance services throughout Missouri and surrounding areas. 2. Services Provided

Brenden Gragg Enterprises LLC provides solar service work including, but not limited to:

• Detach / Reset: Safe removal and reinstallation of solar panels for roof repairs, replacements, or maintenance.
• Reroof with Solar: Coordinated reroofing and solar panel reinstallation services.
• Solar Service Work: General solar system inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and ongoing maintenance.
• Scheduling & Support: Site assessments, appointment scheduling, and follow-up customer support.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including A2P messaging compliance, the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and other data protection laws. You must not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Brenden Gragg Enterprises LLC:

• Opt-In Method: Consent is collected via the chat widget on our website at bgraggenterprises.com. Opt-in is never pre-checked or assumed.
• Opt-In Requirement: Opting in to receive SMS messages is not required to book or purchase any services from Brenden Gragg Enterprises LLC.
• Verifiable Consent: All opt-in data and consent is recorded and verifiable at the time of submission.

• Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation, and no further messages will be sent. Marketing messages will always include opt-out language such as "Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

• Carriers: Major US wireless carriers are supported. We do not guarantee message delivery, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a customer of Brenden Gragg Enterprises LLC, you agree to:

6. Payment Terms

All payments for solar service work are due as agreed in your service proposal, work order, or invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend service for nonpayment.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials we create in connection with your project — including proposals, plans, diagrams, and written content — remain the intellectual property of Brenden Gragg Enterprises LLC until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, ownership of custom-created content may be transferred as agreed in writing.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law or consented to in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services "as is" and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Brenden Gragg Enterprises LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend services if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our materials and return or destroy any confidential information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
